1. Services Offered

Let’s Celebrate Balloons provides:

• Custom balloon decor and delivery services

• Event installations and in-store consultations

• Business and branded decor for corporate, school, and church activations

• Community-driven programs such as Get Well Balloon Deliveries

2. Booking & Payment

All services require:

• A deposit or full payment at the time of booking

• Final payment before delivery or setup (unless otherwise agreed)

• Custom orders may include additional setup and design fees

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable

• Weather or emergency-related postponements may be rescheduled without penalty

• Custom items are non-refundable once materials have been purchased

4. Deliveries & Installations

We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Jacksonville, FL, including zip codes 32256, 32246, 32216, 32217, and 32257. Access to venues must be coordinated in advance.

Let’s Celebrate Balloons is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, access issues, or weather conditions beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and branding are the property of Let’s Celebrate Balloons and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Community Contributions

Donations made through our site toward Get Well Balloon Deliveries are tax-deductible only if processed through an affiliated nonprofit (TBD). Donations are non-refundable.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom decor orders may require materials or time blocked in advance.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event.

• Weather/Postponement: We will reschedule decor services at no additional charge if affected by weather or venue closures.

• Community Donations are non-refundable.

8. Meeting Space & Event Rentals

Meeting space reservations must be paid in advance.

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior will receive full credit.

• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

9. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS updates, you agree to receive:

• Order updates, delivery notices, and event confirmations

• Marketing and promotional messages (no more than 4/month)
  Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time. Standard carrier rates may apply.
